Connected by Parents. Visible to County Coaches.
Parents connect their child’s Player Area to the Herts Tennis County Account for their age group using the relevant county connection code.
Once connected, their child’s development plan becomes available to view through that County Account.
If a player is missing from your account, ask their parent to check that they have connected to the correct Herts Tennis age group.

Do I need to register for a Coach Account?
To view players through the Herts Tennis County Account, use the County Account login details provided by Herts Tennis. A separate Coach Account is for supporting players you work with individually and setting or updating their goals.
Can county coaches change a player’s goals?
County Accounts provide read-only access. Goals are managed by parents and any connected individual coach. You can use the plan to inform your feedback and discuss development priorities with the player.
Why can’t I see a particular player?
Their parent needs to connect the Player Area to the Herts Tennis County Account for the correct age group. Ask the parent to check their county connection and confirm that you are viewing the appropriate age-group account.
Am I expected to build every player’s plan?
Parents can build the plan with their child, or connect with their individual coach for support. Your role through the County Account is to understand their goals and reinforce them where relevant during county activities.
